Our School

Christian Education has always been a priority for the members of St. John and remains so to this day. Since the creation of our church and school, we have seen our ability to support elementary Christian education within our congregation and community as a priority. At St. John, students receive a quality education that will prepare them for this life and most importantly, for the life to come. They receive a Christian education that teaches them about the love and forgiveness Jesus gives them.

Our Mission Statement

Guided by the Word of God, St. John Lutheran School assists parents in strengthening children spiritually and academically, now and for the future.

Our Curriculum

We have a balanced curriculum where students receive quality education in many different subject areas such as:

All subjects are taught from a Christian point of view with the light of God's Word reflected throughout every subject.

Non-Discriminatory Policy

St. John Lutheran School admits students of any race, national and ethnic origin to all of the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, athletic and other school- administered programs.

School Year Theme

Today there is a real need to instruct fellow Christians in how to react to the daily assaults on our faith. We must prepare ourselves and our children to give a reason for the faith we profess. As 1 Peter 3:15 declares, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give a reason for the hope that you have.” Sadly, our children and teens are fighting in the front lines of the battle. We seek to arm these soldiers with the weapon of God’s Word, so that they aren't just ready to be defensive about our faith but also ready to tell others about our wonderful God.
